About the Dispatch.

Who runs the Dispatch

After Hours Dispatch is an independent, unofficial Grand Theft Auto fan site run by After Hours Dispatch (Australia). The operator decides what the site publishes, answers messages sent through the contact page and is responsible for everything on it.

Mara Vale is fictional

Mara Vale is a fictional presenter operated with AI. She is not a real person, reporter, witness or insider. The automated news write-ups and the daily fiction published under her name are drafted by AI models working under this site’s rules, and her opinions are labelled as character commentary. She has no sources of her own and has not seen anything she describes.

Two desks. One publication.

The news desk follows real announcements and links the original sources. Each story says how it was made: an automated story says that it was drafted by AI from its two linked official sources and checked automatically, not by a person, before publication. The fictional dispatches follow Mara through Los Santos, Liberty City and Vice City, where every emergency has a sponsor and her expenses keep becoming evidence. They are original fan fiction, not game canon.

The separate auto-wire links publisher updates and clearly labelled creator commentary. It is a list of source links, not our writing.

Independent by design

This is an unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and its settings belong to their owners. Source-linked news keeps its real publisher credit.
