Rockstar’s August 27 notes added five Random Transform races: three Known Unknown and two Unknown Unknown events. The same update listed drift-tuning upgrades for the Annis Elegy Retro Custom, Invetero Coquette and Vapid Dominator GTT.
The notes place those upgrades at the LS Car Meet, with an additional Vinewood Club Garage workshop route for GTA+ members. Those permanent additions are a different question from any event’s temporary payout promotion.

Check your car against those three models before heading to the LS Car Meet. Use the dated notes for the additions.
